Chris Redding Layering: Not Just for Cakes
Each participant is asked to bring two pages of dialogue (not necessarily from a work in progress).
In the 1:30-3 p.m. interactive session, Redding will present Layering: Not Just for Cake. Chris will guide you in transforming your dialogue into a fully functioning scene. By adding each element of what needs to go into a story individually, you,as writers, will see how it all makes the whole, and will be able to add all the elements seamlessly, including description and character emotions. Instead of deconstructing a scene, you will construct a scene from the ground up.
