Candy Abbott is the author of I've Never Loved Him More: A Husband's Alzheimer, A Wife's Devotion. As her husband's caregiver in his struggle with Alzheimer's, Candy takes the reader through discovery, acceptance, adjustment, and battle against the ravages of what is often seen as a soul-crushing disease. Displaying peace under pressure, she never pretends to have the answers as she navigates unfamiliar waters while also dealing with her own health issues and financial uncertainty.
For the afternoon workshop, Candy will encourage you to share your own story by releasing the writer in you. Allow the words from inside to connect with your emotion as it pours out onto your pages. In this workshop, you will focus on your adventures. Candy will lead you through a writing experience. Join us for a time of reflection and fun.
