PLEASE NOTE THE RULES HAVE CHANGED
1. All entries must be 100 words or less, excluding the title, Times New Roman, font size 14pt. You may submit up to one entry in each of three categories: Fiction, Nonfiction, and Poetry. Only registered Write Stuff attendees may submit Flash Lit entries.
2. Each entry must have the author's name and the category in the header of the document.
3. All entries are to be submitted electronically by selecting this link, Flash Literature Upload. A button will display to upload a file. Click on the button. On the next screen, select the Choose File button. At the time you will be able to select the file to upload. You will receive an upload complete when finished
4. You may enter at any time, but all entries are due no later than midnight March 15, 2019. No entries will be accepted after this date.
5. Flash Lit officials are the only ones authorized to put an entry on the display boards or to assign a number for voting purposes. All others will be removed.
6. Use the color-coded note cards in your registration booklet to cast your vote for your favorite entry in each category. You may only vote for one entry in each category. Place your ballot in the box provided. You must be registered at the conference to be eligible to vote.
7. Voting ends at 2:30 p.m. Flash Fiction officials will then tally the votes and announce the winners at the book fair after 3:30 p.m. Winners need not be present. However, winnings may include a certificate for book fair purchase which must be used at the 2019 conference.
