(We like to call it "GLVWG," pronounced "Gliv-Wig")
GLVWG is an all-genre writer's support organization. Writers of fiction, non-fiction, poets, journalists, essayists and playwrights will all benefit from a membership in GLVWG, and all are welcome.
GLVWG meets 10 am to 12 noon, the 4th Saturday of the month except July, August, December and March. In November we meet the Saturday before Thanksgiving weekend.
The membership meeting is followed by a presentation, focusing on some aspect of the craft of writing or the business of publishing. An accompanying workshop is usually held that afternoon. Meetings and presentations are free and open to the public. Workshops are free to members, non-members pay a nominal fee when registering.
In-person meetings, presentations, and workshops are held at the Palmer Branch of the Easton Public Library, located at 1 Weller Place, Easton, PA 18045, and are also streamed on Zoom.

ABOUT USGLVWG is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, for writers, by writers. The objectives of GLVWG are to provide its members with a network of support and resources in the field of writing; to act as a central information point for all activities in the field of writing and the publishing industry; and to advance the writing interests of its members. GLVWG's members write short or long fiction of various genres, poetry, and screenplays; essays and non-fiction. The organization also fosters critique groups, aligning writers with others who write similar material. Member dues support GLVWG's free programs. Non-members are invited to participate in three free non-workshop events before joining. Some events, such as the annual Write Stuff Writers Conference™, are open to all, but members have priority and special pricing. Unless otherwise noted, events are held on Zoom and at the Palmer Library as indicated above. A member's contact information is used for club business only. Names, addresses, email or telephone numbers are not released to anyone outside the GLVWG board, unless with permission.
