Got a novel?
Writing a novel?
Want to write a novel?
Three things are vital to marketing and story development, your synopsis, pitch and logline. Whether you're looking for an agent, intend to Self-Publish, or have no idea, you need all three.
Save the date! October 14th for our morning, half-day Zoom workshop with Kathryn Craft on how to get:
From Novel, to Synopsis to Pitch to Logline!
Kathryn Craft
In this morning workshop, Kathryn will talk about how to write a synopsis and shrink that down to a pitch; we'll then work on boiling the pitch down to a logline that begs interest. Zoom breakout rooms will allow participants to pair up and deliver loglines to each other, and receive feedback as to the kind of conflict that might be at the novel's core.
To get the most out of this workshop, each attendee should bring along their best stab at writing a synopsis and an elevator pitch. Revision is always easier than drafting! (No advance submission necessary.)
