Please read and understand these policies before registering for "The Write Stuff" or Conference Workshops.

Early Bird Discount Registration Opens Dec 4 for members and non-members. After Dec 10, regular prices will apply. Join GLVWG

GLVWG will be recording all sessions throughout the conference. These recordings are for GLVWG use only and may appear on the GLVWG website, newsletter, conference material, social media outlets, or other future GLVWG promotional material.

By virtue of your attendance, you agree to usage of your likeness in such media.

Registration cut-off date is March 5, 2023 or until Hotel's maximum capacity has been filled, whichever is reached first.

Cancellation Policy

Conference: Cancellations between Jan 16 and REFUNDCUTOFFDATE are subject to a $10 processing fee. We can offer no refunds after REFUNDCUTOFFDATE.  Bank charges incurred from insufficient funds will be passed on to the attendee.

Dress Code: Business casual.

Conduct: At all times conduct yourself in a businesslike and professional manner. Profanity, inappropriate remarks or bullying will not be tolerated. Violators will be removed and may have their registration cancelled. No appeal, no refund.
