Please read and understand these policies before registering.

Registration Dates:

Cyber Week prices are open between Nov 28, 2025 through Dec 5, 2025 for members, students, and non-members.
Early Bird prices are available between Dec 6, 2025 through Jan 15, 2026.
After Jan 15, 2026, regular prices will apply.

Registration Cut-off Date is Mar 1, 2026 or until Hotel's maximum capacity has been filled, whichever is reached first.
Please note the Hotel reservation deadline is different that the conference cut-off - Feb 9, 2026!

Cancellation Policy:

Registered conferees needing to cancel may receive a full refund until January 31, 2026. Cancellations between January 31, 2026 and February 28, 2026 are subject to a $60 processing fee. We can offer no refunds after February 28, 2026.  

Bank charges incurred from insufficient funds will be passed on to the attendee.

Media Policy and Rights:

GLVWG will be video recording all sessions throughout the conference, as well as taking promotional photographs. These media are for GLVWG use only and may appear on the GLVWG website, newsletter, conference material, social media outlets, or other future GLVWG promotional material.

By virtue of your attendance, you agree to usage of your likeness in such media.

Video recordings of sessions (except for those marked "Live Only") will be available approximately two weeks after the close of the conference. Both In-Person and Recording-Only attendees will receive email as the recordings become available.

Dress Code:

Business casual.

Conduct:

At all times conduct yourself in a businesslike and professional manner. Profanity, inappropriate remarks, or bullying will not be tolerated. Violators will be removed and may have their registration cancelled. No appeal, no refund.

Minors:

Registered conferees under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, with separate registration.
