My new book, Metal Detecting for Beginners: 101 Things I Wish I'd Known When I Started, was released April 15 and began selling well immediately. This month, I inked a deal with White's Electronics, Inc. to license 1,000 copies under custom cover to include with their beginner detecting packages. One of the more difficult tasks for me as a new writer, besides crafting a query letter, or synopsis (which I irreverently call suck-nopsis), was to create an author bio. At last year's GLVWG, keynote speaker and social media maven, Kristen Lamb, gave me some pointers.

While searching through the attic trunk of incomplete story starts, an old tale written few years back read quite different to me.

My fantasy novella, Worthy of Prometheus, is now available in paperback.  This was a long time in coming because the eBook edition has been out for over a year.  Because it is so short (100 pages) it retails on Amazon and B&N for $6.00 as a paperback.  As an eBook it is available for $.99 cents through the same retailers.  (It's also available as an audiobook.)
